Property Valuer

Russell Fergusson

Dip Urb Val (AUCK), MBA (Waikato), Registered Valuer, SPINZ ANZIV

Russell is a Registered Valuer Director and gained registration in 1979. Russell practiced in Auckland City for many years and has significant expertise in the valuation of industrial and commercial properties. A recent MBA degree at Waikato University strengthens the business knowledge. Russell has been a dairy farm owner, and is a director of several companies including ownership in a technology development business. Russell has recently re-established a branch in the Morrinsville Region. Russell is based in the Hamilton office and undertakes mainly commercial, industrial and rural work, as well as residential subdivisions and compensation valuations.

John Sweeney

Dip VFM, ANZIV/SPINZ,MNZIPIM, Registered Valuer, Registered Agri-business Consultant

John undertakes rural and urban valuations specialising in dairy, sheep & cattle plus lifestyle blocks. John is also active in the farming consultancy field having had wide experience in the rural industry ranging from soil conservation, work in the Manawatu Catchment Board to working with the Rural Bank in Auckland & Kaitaia. Prior to undertaking a sharemilking contract in the Waikato, he was a Technical Advisor for New Zealand Farmers Fertiliser Company in Morrinsville. John returned to consultancy/valuation work in 1988 becoming a Director of Ashworth Lockwood Limited in 1990. He is a former Branch Chairman of the NZIPIM and current Committee Member, and serves on the executive of Fertmark Quality Council - a position he has held for the past 11yrs.

Les Robertson

Dip Ag, Dip VFM (Lincoln), ANZIV/SPINZ, MNZIPIM, Consultant, Registered Valuer

Les has worked with us for the past 13yrs. Les has undertaken valuation work in the Waikato since 1984, then with Lands & Survey Department. He graduated Dip VFM from Lincoln College in 1969. Les specialises in residential and rural valuation work.
Has particular expertise with the setting of farm rentals.
